What can I do to lose weight?! NEED HELP!
Okay, so I'm 14 and I typically weigh about 160 lbs. I checked the scale last night, and it said I weigh 180. I was about to go outta my mind! What can I do to get back down to 160 or even 150 without going on a diet? (If it helps I love to roller blade and work out.) I can't tell if it's body fat or muscle fat because I look about the same as I did when I was 160 (maybe slightly stockier/heavier looking).
