What can I do to lose weight?! NEED HELP!

Okay, so I'm 14 and I typically weigh about 160 lbs. I checked the scale last night, and it said I weigh 180. I was about to go outta my mind! What can I do to get back down to 160 or even 150 without going on a diet? (If it helps I love to roller blade and work out.) I can't tell if it's body fat or muscle fat because I look about the same as I did when I was 160 (maybe slightly stockier/heavier looking).

First check another scale in case that one is wrong, if it's still at 180lbs then do what I do to keep a healthy weight and loose fat. Eat smaller portions when you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you get hungry throughout the day then eat small snacks. Don't eat to get full (with the exception of Thanksgiving, and X-mas). And lastly Exercise. But I do this because I have a fear of being bigger. I'm 5'10 and 140lbs.

The best way to lose weight is through exercise and a healthy diet. You need to add more exercises to your work out routine as this can be of help. There is also need to check that you eat healthy food and avoid junk food. You can get more tips at http://www.wikihow.com/Lose-Weight-Fast.

Run run run! I ran two miles a day for class and lost 10 pounds on accident in 1 month not that it's a good thing but still run:)
