What can cause my toddler to smell like vinegar

My sons sweat smells like vinegar or yeast... a weird and potent smell. Im worried

The vinegar smell is as a result of the sour milk that is split on the close. The odor is not from the sweat and if it is from the mouth, you should consult a doctor. Discuss this with his doctor so they can check him and diagnose it correctly.
