What might be wrong with my network connection if i can't connect to certain websites?

i tried runescape.com, and another website, but they bring up internal server errors, or i will recieve: internet explorer cannot display the webpage.

The internal server error is caused by the server being misconfigured. This as a result prevents the server from responding properly. If internet explorer cannot display the website, the problem may be due to the DNS server failing to connect to the website. Try general troubleshooting or you can try to sort out the problem with the advanced troubleshooting section.

unplug your modem wait a minute then plug it back in

You have your settings set on a age limit. Set it on adult
