your probably slightly bigger than perfect, so unless you grow alot more, or get alot of excercise, try too stay active, and maitain a certain eating amount, your fine, but if you have gained alot recentley.
You are the right weight for your height to be healthy. You don't need to change at all be the sound if it weightwise but that doesn't necessarily mean you are healthy. So even though you are a good weight is would be smart to make sure you eat relatively healthily and do stuff to exercise, fun way is sports.
You are at a good weight, but we really don't know enough about you to know if you're really that healthy. There are a lot of people who are very skinny, but they do not eat healthy & they are in terrible shape. & You could be 130 lbs of pure muscle, or you could be 130 lbs of mush. We really don't know. But generally speaking, you ARE at a good weight.
