Good Ways To Lose Weight?

Fast..Like ASAP..But Without People Noticing Im Dieting...Planning To Go From Size 3 To 00 (Or Possibly 0)

Paraphrasing from Richard Wiseman's book "Rip It Up" (which i would recommend to anyone wanting to change behavior in general), where he goes into some scientific research on the subject: Listen to your inner signals of hunger and try to ignore external traps, such as fast food advertisements, the despicable desert cart after your meal at a restaurant, supersize deals, and the like (corporations basically want you to eat a lot, so you have to fight the system as well as your own impulses). A good way to do this is by acting as if you were not a creature of habit. This means trying something different every day, like brushing your teeth with your left hand or parking a few blocks away from work only to walk the rest of the way. This is also a good way to stop smoking, which apparently stems in part from our proclivity to fall into predictable patterns of behavior (on top of the addictive nature of nicotine itself). A more extreme measure is to eat in front of a mirror, thus bringing attention to your actions and the actual experience of eating, that very often are overlooked by people who are overweight and pay attention to external signals rather than internal ones.

Exercising and diet are the only safe ways of losing weight, but you have to be patient. Eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Exercise by walking, rope jumping, biking and running. Read on from www.webmd.com/diet/guide/lose-weight-fast-how-to-do-it-safely.
