What are the best organizations that offer the best fully trained Psychiatric Service/Assistant Dogs?

I live in California and it was recently brought up that I could benefit from obtaining a Service dog that is also trained as a Psychiatric dog, could you please suggest to me some of the best organizations that supply these types of dogs?
