How do i fall asleep fast?

ive tried sleeping but i keep thinking about earthquakes :( please helpp!

You fall asleep fast by first pampering yourself with a nice bath. Turn off the lights and then gently close your eyes. Get your mind off it, breathe deeply if you have to, and calm down. Imagine the cool things you're gonna do tomorrow, your cute pet, a huge swimming pool filled with chocolate milk, whatever!

fallenfatima, Jigglypuff is a pokmon that is round and pink somewhat like Kirby but Jigglypuff has a curl on its forehead and has pointed ears like a cat.

Take a shower before you sleep,clean your bed and drink warm glass of milk and listen to music or try to think about something productive,funny,memorable etc. :)

i went through this, until i registered yoga and started deep breathing. you simply need relaxation.
