Can you hair on your scalp and whole body become ingrown, ruin your finger and toe nail.

not to mention ruin your skin and enter your mouth,nose and ears from a severe case of psoriasis? Also hair 6 inches long that is coarse in texture and completely white appear on your scalp overnight? No one believes this can happen, I have had this happen twice in the last 10 years. Can you tell me the name of a doctor who specializes in this or do you know of a cure? I took prescription Dexedrine for ADD both time this happened.

This to me sounds like more of a possible drug/chemical reaction. That has killed the follicles of your hair leaving you with dead strands. Also for the psoriasis allergies and chemical ingestion can cause irritation to the nose throat eyes and ears in the form of a rash, hives ect. Nail damage is also a symptom of toxification. Have you had any of this occurs since where you exposed to any chemicals in large quantities do you have allergies to medication.

dead hair strands? Do you mean dead ends?? they said the entire hair on their body n scalp was ingrown n that 6 INCHES of white hair grew on their scalp OVERNIGHT!! IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR THAT TO HAPPEN and your answer does not even make sense- you are not addressing the exact things they are saying happened to them.

When hair dies at the follicle but is still intact to the scalp it turns white dead hair. (6inch strands over night)

I do not think the hairs were ingrown all over their body, this could have been a rash to possible exposure since they said it was around their eyes nose and mouth.

I addressed all symptoms they were experiencing right down to damaged fingernails as I said I don't think the hair is ingrown all over their body I think this could be an allergic/chemical reaction to whatever the poster was taking at the time of reaction.

once hair follicles die hair no longer grows from that follicle. once hair is already grown it DOES NOT CHANGE COLOR-it is when you lose the pigment in the hair follicle that hair coming from that follicle will be grey or white. YOU CANNOT GROW 6 INCHES OF WHITE HAIR OVERNIGHT,PERIOD! Also anybody cld of dissected their ? n give an Explaination to each symptom separately-it is all supposed symptoms as one they were looking for an answer for. Please,if you think u sound intelligent by giving the wrong information you DON'T. and next time you want to challenge another person at least do your research.....

It is not possible for the hair to become ingrown in the whole scalp but this condition can ruin fingers and toe nails.
