What do spider bites look like?

I had a small bump on my leg and I thought it was nothing. About a week later the bump turned red and I thought it was just some weird bump so I tried to scratch it off (I know it sounds really gross).. anyways, at first it didn't hurt, but a few days later the bump started to hurt and it had white (pus maybe?) and so I tried to pop it. The white part did come out but it wasn't like an acne bump or anything, it was different, although it did bleed like an acne bump. I also noticed there was a red area around the bump even before I popped it the second time. I called my mom and she told me she thought it was a spider bite. She was bitten a brown recluse so she knows a thing or two about them. She said if I popped or scratched it or anything the redness would spread and my body wouldn't be able to withstand the poison so she put some neosporin on the "bite" and also covered it with a band- aid. Now, the day after I popped it the second time and removed the "white", the "bite" is red and the surrounding area is also red but it's just closely around the bite, not far. Does this sound like a spider bite?

Usually two holes in the red bump

are the holes supposed to be really easily seen?

Some times depending on the spiders size a little spider may leave no teeth marks behind

Lol don't be terrified depending on where you are located very few Arachnida are actually toxic to humans. More of an annoyance hope you don't have arachnophobia :D

Most definitely a spider bite, ive been bitten by a huntsman.

a spider bite looks like a red ring with some red aroun it... almost like a bulls-eye.... the red around your "bite" could be there because you irrated the bite
