Perception is the ability to see, hear, or become aware of something through the senses; intuitive understanding and insight. Conception is the forming or devising of a plan or idea. Conception usually comes after perception. You conceive a plan or idea after perceiving something.

Perception is a strange thing, b-cuz it's sort of based on what you believe in and what you think to be true. We can all be given the same information, and all walk away with a different perception of it due to what dwells in our grey matter.
Conception, well, that's the thing that created us (parents in the backseat) that gave us the ability to perceive 8)

Perception is to understand something by senses according to your imagination or knowledge, Conception is to decide the idea of something after you percept it. Perception has some individuality to it. For example, two people looking at a could, one of them thinks it's shaped like a horse, other thinks like a cow, and both of them see the same cloud, but they perceive that differently.
