Nowadays there is a lot of stress in the life.what are the reasons?and what can we do about it?

We live in a fast-paced society focused around efficiency. It's hard to avoid getting caught up in the daily whirlwind of competition and remember to breathe sometimes ... when you're in a stressful situation, it's helpful to take a step back and evaluate the importance of the problem.. will it matter in 5 mins or 5 yrs? Then, try to take a levelheaded approach and don't get caught up in the details. It's not the end of the world if a stressful problem can't be solved, and panic can worsen it. As for what to do about stress, you can talk to someone (either a peer or professional) about what's going on, and he/she can help with advice. It sounds hippie-ish, but meditate, exercise, etc--anything that's "you" time helps deal with stress. Taking time to reflect can help you keep a clear head and feel more self-assured... good luck! :)

Try yoga, there are many different teas for relaxation, and try some breathing exercises. Go on www.ehow.com and search how to relax. It's a great website for that kind of question.

Relationships, money, a job.... Meditation works very good to release stress... Go to a website that sells or has free beginner meditation cd's or the ability to play in real time... I did meditation in group therapy and it was awesome!
