No one really knows, but some religions are based on reincarnation... which has to do with life after death. Study up on that religion, it may answer your questions../ buddhist

Yes there is, we all have angles who protect us, and or loved ones who watch over us. Sometimes they appear in our dreams. Just ask your spirit guide to help when you are in need.
