How do you lose 10 pounds without pills or a lot exercise?

I don't have a lot of time to exercise because of school and homework and I don't like taking pills is there a way I can lose 10 pounds and how

Going to extreme isnt always a good idea. Will power is like a muscle it needs to be worked out. I'd start small and work up.

Drink a lot of water, it helps you lose weight because when your hydrated, your body doesn't carry extra water, and eat more often to help speed up your metabolism.

Try having a lower calorie intake depending on your age, weight, desired weight but nothing crazy under 1200, also try drinking 11 glasses of water a day helps flush out fat, and you don't need a ton of time to exercise maybe a 15-30 mins of jogging or something, last try eating healthy foods try staying away from sugar,soda,fatty foods(mcdonalds),etc

In addition to all of this also keep stress down it can cause you to gain weight, also sudden weight loss could prove dangerous and even fatal in cases weight loss is an over time thing don't rush an if you are doing this fir yourself tome shouldn't matter if it's fir others don't bother doing it at all

reduce your intake of calories. in other words don't eat so much.

The first answer is not safe too much water actually could be bad it, dilutes the nutrients in the body it's still good to drink but not too much, also eating food us not enough exercise is important , it is best you try it the hard way if it's not dine like this you could get into serious health problems I see it all the time especially in young girls, if you dint want it like that then liposuction is the way to go if you have money, are either over eighteen or morbidly obese, also you must be physically and mentally healthy , and have weeks to recover, and even after you have to eat healthy and exercise that's the way to go, any other doctor will ll you the same.

Get a juicer. Make veggie juice mixed with a little fruit. Watch "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead.". (youtube it-netflix it) Pretty inspirational. Essentially, replace processed and fatty foods with nutritious FRESH veggies and fruits. You WILL lose weight and feel better.

The best way is to exercise... So don't be lazy!! But since you have a lot of school stuff then you should cut down unnecessary eating. Like snacks when your not hungry. Thats how I lost around 7 pounds.

Hi,
Great question.
First of all, take out all unhealthy/junk food - no sweets, cheese doodles, soda, fast food, etc. Try to replace these foods with alternate, healthy options.
Instead of cookies or chocolate, eat something like an apple or orange to get natural sugar.
Drink lot of water, drink at least 8-9 glasses of water per day.
Try to exercise 5 days a week for 45 minutes. You do not have to do this all at once if you get tired easily.
Do sit ups, leg lifts, etc. Jumping jacks are great too! Don't limit yourself JUST to swimming.

drinks lots of water. to flush out your systems this is a quick weight lose remedy but the weight you "lose" is only the salt in your body which gives your body more of that "bloated" appearance.
