Why does everyone have a pic of the golden retriever puppy for their pro-pic?

Just curious, I've seen so many users with it

Because it's one of the pics in the Ask library, and lots of people like golden retrievers.

People have a picture of the golden retriever puppy on their profile pictures because it is an adorable and cute pet one can ever own. It is also one of the most popular pet in the US because of its features like tolerance, friendly, and intelligence.

I believe it's a yellow lab & people probably use it 'cause they like dogs, it's a cute pic & they may not want to use a pic of themselves. There are a lot of other "same pics" being used from the Ask gallery. Makes it hard to recognize people when too many are using the same pic! :)
