There are several reason to get tire. Its not your sugar problem. You can try to eat small meal very 3 to 4 hours which can keep your sugar level stable. Eat foods with more fiber, Omega3 and stay hydrated. Water make up majority of your blood and other fluid. Not enough water can make your body feel fatigue. Eat before go to bed is not good for your digest system. hope this helped.
