Wisebeyondyears is correct. unless you know the owner or vehicle history, it may have been "rode hard & put up wet.". It would be a dream car for me. I ended up buying a 1994 Caprice used in 1999, and I still have it. Runs great [knock on wood] & has 271,000 on it. I have enjoyed the car immensely. Good luck with whatever you decided to do!!

Thanks yeah that car is actually my cousins car and he only want 4000 for it

please do yourself a favor and run from it! look for something with low mileage. I agree with wisebeyondyears.
