What are some hair salons for a 15 year old, a 13 year old, and an 11 year old?

Please list the names for the ages. And it would be great to list the prices and keep it under $20. Oh yeah and make sure the cuts are actually nice looking. Thanx :)

Wal-Mart.....They will cut anybody's hair...cheap. Don't know about quality. This is about all you will get for under 20 dollars.

most Wal-Mart Super Centers have a salon.

fantastic sams, im 14 i love it! every other place screws my hair up besides them
