The most effective way to eat and lose weight is to stick to the daily scheduled meals but in moderate portions and do your exercise program anytime of the day as long as it is not immediately after your meal and not on a hungry stomach.
This is what I do cuz I used to be chunky.But after I got into dance team and I wanted to look pretty n i lost alot of weight. eat breakfast but a small portion eat lunch and a small portion so for example if u eat 2 slices of pizza eat 1.and for dinner eat before 8!! cuz if u eat after 8 idk iv heard it makes u fatter cuz ur stomach is going to have to breakdown the food in the night while ur doing no exercise.i started eating before 8 n i lost weight.
I'm not an exercise nut and don't obsess about what I eat, nut two easy things that seem to work well for me is to drink a lot of water throughout the day and to always eat breakfast (it gets your metabolism started right away in the morning). This has always stuck with me too, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.
