Is it better to eat before or after eating dinner (or whatever your last meal of the day is) in order to most effectively lose weight?

The most effective way to eat and lose weight is to stick to the daily scheduled meals but in moderate portions and do your exercise program anytime of the day as long as it is not immediately after your meal and not on a hungry stomach.

Never ever eat after dinner
I used to be fat, I just ate small portions, and ran, did situps, and pullups. Dedication is a big part of it too

Don't go to bed with a full stomach If you can avoid it. The food sits and digests slowly as you sleep. You dont burn the calories at all Increasing your chances at gaining weight.

I'm not an exercise nut and don't obsess about what I eat, nut two easy things that seem to work well for me is to drink a lot of water throughout the day and to always eat breakfast (it gets your metabolism started right away in the morning). This has always stuck with me too, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.
