I need helpp!!

ok so my internet completly hates me im usually really good with tech sh!t but nothings working i hav un hooked everything reset everything and it still wont work called tech suport and comcast still wont work help my wireless problem i dont like this stupid ass cord

Log into your wireless router (use a hardline between your computer and the router - not a wireless connection) - and reset everything to factory defaults - and then unplug it for about 5 minutes - plug it in again - log in again - and reconfigure the router name and password. Unplug the hard line and activate your wi-fi on your computer to scan for wi-fi routers - yours should appear - log in. Make sure, of course, that your wi fi router is connected to the net. I'm not sure of your system configuration - your router and net modem may be in the same box - the procedure is the same - if that fails - call your ISP and get tech-support to talk you through the specifics.

Call tech- support - they may need to reset something from their end. ;-) It's happened to me too.

i called comcast tech suport and all they did was fix the hard wire

Well where i live here in Florida comcast got hacked and well everything is either gone or its slowly going gone im lucky to be on right now i dabble in the art of computer tech and everything but this is just somthing you would have to take up/beat the #@%% out of someone at comcast to get it working

If you have done all you could, then it's time for you to call a professional to fix your computer! Call your internet company and set up an appointment! Sometimes people can not fix everything on their own and need a professional to do the job! Good luck......
