Say in your best detective voice "Something smells... Fishy." and raise an eyebrow at her.

Hehe! I did that to someone once. I sprayed my friend with Axe and when he was like "Um, why did you just spray me? Do I smell?" and I said "Oh, no. I was just seeing if there was any left!"
Awkwardness avoided.

hahaha! awkward! uhm well just be like "hey do you smell that? It smells like fish ew what is that" and she might notice its her and yeah there you go :)

take her aside and tell her honestly. she will be ambarrassed but will aprectiate the heads up. and NEVER use the word fish!! just say, "hey friend, ive noticed your a little on the nose and thought maybe you should buy some new deoderant as the one your using maybe isnt working or maybe have a shower in the morning instead of evenings" be honest and kind. it is a touchy subject

If your really good friends just tell her straight up she smells if my friend told me I'd be happy that someone did so I can like fix that
