A twerk is a puny or insignificant person, generally male; a twerp. It also means to twitch or jerk, or to move the body in a se xually suggestive twisting manner.

"Twerk" is a slag term meaning to dance provocatively on the floor or on the walls by the females. This term is used mostly to famale dancers who dance to seduce the male audience in public places.
