Any workouts for the lower part of abs?

i cant seem to get the last two "packs" for a complete six pack.

Leg lifts--keep them straight, don't use your arms for leverage, keep your head off the ground, and don't let your legs touch the floor stop just before they do

Put your feet up on a bench or ball, keeping your back n shoulders on the ground, then do pelvic thrusts( lifting your butt off the floor. It sounds easy but when you combine them with other ab exercises like v sits & oblique crunches you'll feel it n get results. Also get in a push up position n alternate bringing your knees up to your chest, almost like your running. Bless!!!

lay on your back and do crunches with your hands behind your head lift your knees and when you crunch meet elbow to knee criss cross or regular.
