Umm well you probably would need some type of oil in you cake. I've heard that olive oil is one the healthiest oil.
Research how to substitute apple sauce for fat. I use it to replace the fat in cookies. Also coconut oil is a very *good* fat. You can substitute it for nearly any type of oil.
Put a can of low sugar or low fat pie filling with no other ingredients.
Miracle whip.. it works great and makes a super moist cake.
