What is wrong with my cat?

I have four outside cats and today I washed them with flea shampoo. Two of the cats are brothers but all four of them get along. But suddenly, one of the brothers is hissing, growling, and swipping at the other three while those three get along just fine again. I understand washing them may not have been smart because their scents were washed off, but they used to be so close and used to be so nice to each other. Why is this one cat being so mean all of a sudden and how can I stop it and fix their relationships??

If the flea shampoo was from Hartz Mountain or Sargeants, that stuff can poison cats.
If your cat continues to act aggressively, better take him to the vet.

well its either that one is jealous or maybe that one was washed first and got p*ssed and started to have a hissy fit

Maybe it's sick
Or is somehow hurt ?
If the behavior continues
Take it to the vets
