Is 42% permanent impairment of whole person a good rating for workers comp in california?
I just received a supplemental report from the QME doctor. My case was denied in 2009 and accepted in May 2011. Though I haven't received any benefits for TTD payments at all...I got an email from my attorney that the adjuster is desperate to settle the claim. I have bilateral rotator cuff tears that need surgery along with damage to the cervical spine. The supplemental report rated me at 42% permanent impairment of whole person. I worked for my company for 6 years and made 50K-55K during that time. What can I expect for settlement amount? Thank you.
