Could I be developing anorexia?
I am starting to scare myself because I don't know what is really happening. I started working out and now I find that I have an addiction to it. I constantly work out throughout the day and sometimes I run for 45 minutes to an hour each day. i am not underweight but I'm scared it might happen soon. every time I feel hungry nothing sounds good or I will refuse to eat. I don't fully understand anorexia so any answers would be appreciated(:
