Not long probably just held until he can get a ruling and and fine granted he doesn't have a previous record. Though since its Sunday they can hold him till Monday when the court house reopens. As for the battery assault charges that could wined him up in jail for awhile...I think minimum is 3year sentencing...

But not to worry. He won't be very long and he will again be free to accidentally break the law again.

I think it's time you looked for a new boyfriend. Seriously. Did he accidentally beat up the other guy after he accidentally took the shirt?
