It could be a big Job. If it is leaking into the sub floor that means it has to be replaced. The water leaking from the shower could be as easy as adjustments to faucets for the hot and cold. I would try calling the Church. Also try charities. I am sorry you are having a bad day. If I were close to you I would do it for free. We must respect our elders and help when need be.

Have somebody take you to your town hall. You should get results. If you get the run around, contact a nearby church... That's why God invented volunteers.
