Can a roommate have another tenant evicted without the landlords permission.

If they're the only one on or main person on a lease yes. And if they're aren't paying you sure can

There is no lease its Month to Month

A roommate can have another tenant evicted without the landlord's permission. The tenant would be evicted if he or she fails to pay his share of the rent or just misunderstandings between the roommates.

If the landlord is not getting his full rent .. he could have both tenants evicted.
