sleep walking commonly occurs during transition of our sleep level. where our conciousness level is slightly capable of doing things wich is routine to a person. such as cleaning, walking drinking and even driving. at this level of sleeping. they call it n.r.e.m. or non rapid eye movement during this stage a person can use their muscle to do some activities. unlikely at the rem stage the person is incapable of using their muscle cause at this level most of the muscle are paralyzed. except for those muscle that use for breathing , the heart muscle and the other vital organ of our body.
