Should i buy a teddy bear for my girlfriend?

Most people say that girls love teddy bear. I don't know whether she love it or not. I'm going to give her a big surprise by teddy bear for my girlfriend birthday. God bless me not to mess up.
By the way, i want to buy teddy bear online and deliver the item directly to her for big surprise, is anyone knew where to buy cute teddy bear with quick delivery?

thats really sweet if there is a build a bear near you get it from there because she'll know that you made it urself
