Take her out to her favorite place to eat. If she likes massages set one up for her. Congrats! That is great

Or totally new destinations...
Depends on her personality, if she likes something fun, may be singing karaoke, dance floor or bowling...
If she likes peaceful place, may be beach walks, camping,...

Im not sure much about "overnight" stuff @.@

We live in Central California, early 60's, and in good health, modest budget but not broke.

Years ago our family stayed in Crescent City (Northern California) while on a road trip from Minnesota. Then, a beautiful and quiet place. Something to consider.
