Bought filet mignon, kept it in frig 2 days, turned slightly discolored.
most meat changes colors after its bought when not frozen. there is nothing wrong with it. meat is good for a week after it is brought home and put in the fridg. or if u freezer its good for up to a month.

Only 2 days. Color change is normal. I just wouldn't wait much longer to cook it.
