No. Besides being ridiculous giving you an ultimatum like that, he really sounds like bad news. Evil spirits are not something you want to call into your home. There are evil spirits, it's not a game. I would steer clear of him and the situation.
This is a dangerous thing. It is real and demons are real. I'm sorry that you have been put in this situation of having to tell him no. But, I do hope you tell him no and stick with it. I would stick with the no even if it meant that he actually won't talk to you anymorel. If you say no and your friend changes his mind, you will even be doing him a favor.
