i have the same problem, yes, a distraction is great, as in having your ipod in your ears, lol, or try something to make you not overthink! (which i do)...do not quit on yourself, that will make your life not-so-good. It will keep getting worse. Yes, it is a self-esteem issue, i believe. Anxiety is under rated, maybe think that other's are in the same mess, so to speak. It may make you feel better.
