Why can't I put my name in on the ASK.com app for iOS?

If you're asking about putting your name in on your profile page, that can only be done from a computer, unfortunately. The recent updates had nothing to do with this. I have an iPhone 4S, (no computer) so I just went ahead and put my first name in the text part of my profile page. This makes no sense to me, but unfortunately that's the way it is right now if you haven't got a computer. If you tap on to my profile you can see what I'm talking about.

Joey.....I would not recommend posting your entire name on the Internet, it's not safe. What about just your first name?

The H on harv is not capitalized. I would not have assumed that was your last name, but from your comments I'm assuming it is? Could be a nickname for all I know.
Ya know, just not a good idea to post full name on the web..,.especially on this site.

Hi Joeyharv! Make sure you have the latest Ask.com app from the app store - there was an update a couple of days ago that fixed a few bugs. If you still continue to have issues, you can contact customer service for further help: http://asksupport.custhelp.com/app/ask/

I would then try deleting the app from your iPhone and reinstalling it.
