Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right thing?

Report as

Both are important, but I'll say doing things right. For example, if you're a pharmacist, you'd better do things right or people could take the wrong meds and die. Excellent question by the way. I can think of a million reasons to do things right. In my job, what if I don't close the aircraft door the right way?

Hahaha not to worry though, if the door isn't closed right an indicator light in the cockpit alerts the pilots and they calls us to let us know :-)

I am more worried about doing things right cos i believe if you must do anything at all, it must be done well and it should be worth it. moreover when i am able to do things right, it gives this self satisfaction and more confidence.

I always try to do things right. Everytime. Why do it wrong and have to waste time re-doing it? That doesn't mean that I don't try to do the right thing also. I kind of think they go hand in hand.

Well, if you're a union guy, you do it wrong so that they have to pay you overtime to do it again.
