What's a good exercise that burns many calories?
swimming is a really good aerobic excerise that helps the whole body....also, who doesn't like swimming? :)
Run on a treadmill and eat saled very healthy jog too
running, laps, hiking.
body weight squats and lunges and burpies
Tennis! always moving and it's a lot of fun
In five minutes I'm going to be on my exercise bike for 25 minutes doing at least 5 miles. I will burn hundreds of calories. I do this 2 times daily.
