Maybe you should do a self check to see if you said something or done something that may have offended her. If you find that your conscience is clear then let her have her space then after awhile call her and tell her that you miss her or bring her or send her some flowers and a miss you card. If it is real then yes it is a bad sign, but many times it can be just what you are thinking, you might be think too much. Whatever it is, give her the space if she seems need a space, don't push or even ask her at this point, act like you didn't notice any differences, act like normal.
