First, you need to stretch out a fresh blanket on the floor and sit on one side wearing oven mitts, with a guinea pig and also an old towel. Train a helper to do the same, as they are sitting on the other side of the blanket. Start by placing each guinea pig on the blanket next to you and then let them find one another. Organize to toss the towels on the nervous guinea pig so as to distract them from fighting. Find out more details on http://www.ehow.com/how_2059841_introduce-new-guinea-pig-community.html.

Give them two separate bowls of food and give them each a rodent water bottle so they wont have to fight over food and water. Also, if they have a man-made fuzz pad to serve as a bed, you may want to get another one so they wont fight over bed space. With all of the additional items, you may want to check and Make sure the cage is big enough for both of them. Hope this helps!
