How to fund your PhD in the UK or Canada?A full scholarship for studying which is really really expensive abroad.

I need to find a PhD that has sufficient funding.

You can fund your PHD studies in the UK or Canada by contacting the education department of your state. Explain your financial situation and your ambitions on studies to get assisted on it. Once you are enrolled for a scholarship, you can try getting part time jobs in the area you decide to live in for sustaining your needs.

Thanks.Which state do you mean?But currently I live in my home country not in UK or Canada.
