What are some remedies to help one feel less tired?

I really don't have time to be writing this cause I got to get ready for school but the thing is I'm really tired and that makes it hard for me to focus in school! anything I can do to make myself less tired? (no coffee or energy drink suggestions please those are really bad for me they make me shaky and I don't drink coffee)

B12 vitamins work wonders! You can buy them anywhere and there not expensive, hope you feel better.

You should try getting an exercise regime to get your body active and facilitate blood circulation. You could also try meditating to relieve stress that could be causing fatigue. You could also try some energy giving snacks like, almonds, blueberries, oranges and spinach. Getting enough sleep helps too. You didn't state how old you were, so I'm not sure if you have a job that may be in the mix too. B12 is a supplement that helps with energy.

Thanks. And it's hard to sleep sometimes at night cause my siblings are loud when they get up at five and I anticipate it too much that's why.

I take melatonin to help me sleep some times. It "promotes sleep." you could also try lavender pillow spray (I buy mine at Bath & Body Works) or lavender air freshener. If you use the pillow spray give it 30-45 minutes to dry fully. I hope these help too! Good luck!!

If you want it to be quick, try eating an apple. They actually do a better job of keeping you awake and focussed then coffee would.

eat ALOT of dries fruit like raisins, peanuts and almonds keep some with you at all times and youll feel more energetic!
