How can you make your ipad3 louder

I try turning up the volume but it was not loud

To make your ipad3 louder, change the Volume limit to make it louder. To do this, go to Home and click on Settings. Select Choose Music and click on Select Volume Limit. Hook it up to amplified speakers. There are several approved types for iProducts
