How do you say "help me" in Spanish?

I have heard both "me ayuda" and and "ayudame" What's the difference?

"Ayudame" is saying "help me".
"Me ayuda?" is asking "can you help me?".

Eh... that's sort of hard to explain.
Ayudame.. Ayoudumi?
Me ayuda.. Mi ayoudu?
I really don't know how to explain but that's how close as I can get to explaining lol.

My Spanish teacher speaks mostly Spanish and I didn't know how to ask for help. :P

it means the same thing , both ways but usally i say ayudame but you know theirs lots of ways to say shxt in spanish
