Make in a Magic Bullet. 1/2 banana, 5 or 6 ice cubes, a handful of blueberries, 1/2 a handful of blackberries or raspberries, 1 tablespoon raspberry extract,1 to 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar or 1 to 2 packets of your favorite sweetener (I use Stevia), 1 to 2 tablespoons of Hershey's Dark Chocolate syrup. You can add 2 or 3 small chunks of pineapple if you have it. Finally fill up the remaining space with milk... your choice: Whole, 2%, 1% or skim. I use a chocolate flavored 2% low carb milk that only has 80 Calories per 8 ounces. The more ice you use the thicker will be the shake. This shake is loaded with antioxidants and is easy on the calories. If you use skim milk or 1% it will certainly have less calories than if you use whole milk. If you lighten up on the Dark Chocolate syrup and only use 1/2 tablespoon then that will also cut down on the calories. I use a sugar free raspberry extract that has little to no calories, but lots of raspberry flavor. I make mine so thick that they really taste more like a milk shake or a malt. They taste every bit as good as if I had made them with ice cream. Try it!

Add a tablespoon or two of malt powder or Instant Breakfast to this mix for an even better flavor. You can use any fruit. Strawberries and Raspberries work very well. Peaches adds a great flavor. If you are not worried or concerned about Calories then add some whipping cream.

Black Cherry Extract or just plain black cherries work with this very well. Again, if Calorie content is not a problem then add some ice cream. I don't need the extra Calories so I sometimes add some A&W Diet Root Beer for an additional flavor. I have one of these shakes every day, sometimes two. Plenty of antioxidant benefits and terrific flavor and texture all at the same time. The 2% low carb milk I use is Calorie Countdown and Wal Mart sells it.

1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 cup fat free organic milk, 2-3 scoops protein, 2 tbsp flax seed meal, 1 tsp vanilla, sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon, whichever you prefer, Splenda to taste (2 - 3 tbsp). Blend until smooth. The frozen berries and the flax seed meal makes it thick and yummy!
