how can i find out the file size of installed applications on an ipod touch 4th generation running on iOS4?

im trying to free up some space but dont know which apps are taking up the most space

In the app store, when you read about the app, it tells how large the file is.

I think you can find out the file size of the applications by connecting your device to the computer, then go to iTunes and select your device from the left column. Next, choose the applications tab and when you see the list of applications, you will be able to see the size of each application. If the applications do not show, right click on the listing in the iPod and choose transfer which will move the purchased apps to the iTunes library and you will be able to know the size of each.
