My computer reset! Please help!!

all of my documents and pictures are gone. along with all of the games that I had downloaded, but there is one game that stayed (it was the only one on my main screen). anyways please tell me what to do! I lost 2 years worth of stuff. any advice will be helpful!

It is hard to retrieve the lost data after resetting your computer if you had not backed it up somewhere. However, you can install a system recovery software to see if you will get the stuff that you are looking for. Alternatively, you can contact an expert in computer programming to help you.

Thanks I know this one guy who's good with computers so I'll get him to look at it. I hope my stuff is retrieve able!
