Babies aren't baptize. It seems like they are baptize but it's called offered so they can go to heaven. Baptism is when you are forgiven all of your sins and are now officially in the Church. You need to go to the true church to be able to be forgiven of all your sins.
Yes, I belive in baptism of children as infants. I further believe in teaching a child religion (whichever it's parents believe appropriate), and letting that child decide, when mature, what to do with the information parents provide (to continue with taught religion or another).
I believe in the dedication to Christ. People often think that is the baptism of the baby but typically it's a blessing ceremony where the babys head is sprinkled with holy water and the baby is dedicated to Christ.
