Yes because drugs could affect any type of job. I would not want a high doctor sticking needles in me

On one hand I say yes. On the other hand I say no because it is a invasion of privacy. We are losing our freedoms one by one and this is an example you can't have someone working with drugs that is addict. I really do think this thing has gone overboard, many types of work It does not matter other than employer worries they want be at work on time or that drugs can be stolen.

Yes because if I need their services I don't want to be treated by somebody tapping the product. They are professionals at what they do. And that's how the need to be at their jobs. To bad their isn't some kind of test they take before wrk and random every four hrs. Because I only care about when they are on the job. What somebody does on their own time isn't my business or their employers.

The deal is, an employer's liability is increased significantly when an employee is a drug user. Be that at higher risk of being stolen from, be that at higher risk of the employee hurting themselves or others, the employer is taking on the risk. If you're running machinery and taking an rx or using an illegal drug that could impair your ability to work safely, you've chosen FOR an employer and they now have no way of mitigating the risk of you harming yourself or others (and/or their property); hence the drug test. This isn't a freedom issue, not really. Don't choose a job where drugs can impair you, if you need to take/use them.
