If you go to Sam's Club like I do, (Or another store you can find them at), I buy these brownie bites that are only 110 calories and taste delicious. You can eat it plain, or crumble it in to some low fat ice cream. Or make up your own ideas.
*sigh* Okay, I'll answer.... Salads with a very small amount of dressing work best for me. I also like to eat fruit. A lot of fruit. And of course I'm saying this while eating a donut. [looks around] I'm on vacation, darnit!
